Is the OIG list automatic?

Voluntary surrendered my RN license last April 2025, is being put on the OIG list automatic? I searched my name and found no results. Am I in the clear?

    9 months to 18 months. If you are not on the list in Nov of 2026, then you will have avoided it.  You aren't out of the clear yet and hopefully you will not land on this list. The kind of "dangerous zone" for the OIG is about 9 months to 18 months AFTER the license was surrendered or revoked.
