Is it normal to feel like this?

Every test I feel pretty confident.

During the test I feel like i'm doing good.

And then.. After the test everyone talks about it and says that the right answer was "B" and then I doubt every answer I put?

I'm sure I atleast passed, but I HATE when they all talk about it because then I totally doubt myself and tell myself that I should have known that because it was so obvious.

I just hate this. After the test I feel awful about myself. :/

Totally normal to feel that way! It's also normal to be a little dyslexic and answer the odd question wrong even when we know the right answer! Don't beat yourself up. There's probably lots of other questions that you got right. In the end, IT'S JUST ONE TEST. This will not make or break you as a nurse, but I can understand OCDing about it.... I do that all the time :)

I spent all of first year feeling like that. I learned my lesson. Now after an exam, I put in my earphones and listen to music on my phone and don't talk to anyone. I actively get away from them in the hallway after an exam. Loud mouths always had me thinking I failed - I never did.

At my school we call it the post-exam autopsy. It is never productive because everybody is all worked up and trying to remember the details of 75-100 multiple choice questions, and whether they answered A, B, C, or D. I go for a walk when I don't feel like rehashing it all. The fresh air helps me decompress and forget about the exam.
