I accidentally got scratched by a port needle when I was discharging my patient when I was taking out their port needle. I looked at it and genuinely there was no bleeding and there was not even a mark. I washed it with soap and water for 1 minute. I sent her out the door. And never said anything about it...

That was 5 days ago was that the right decision?

I have 3 small kids...
