IPN Nightmare!

Published

Hi my fellow IPN participants, I'm living a nightmare and don't know what to do and need help. I was up for completion for IPN at the end of December. I had a Hair test that cost about $300 on 12/27/24. On 1/2/25 I had an observed urine. On 2/4/25 IPN called me and said I had failed my test and was positive for THC and Cocaine! Mind you I haven't done drugs since 2017 which is what I'm in for and THC was in high school. Anyways, I had to refrain from work which in turn had to resign. My co workers were so devastated but did tell me I should retake my hair test on my own just to see if there was an error. So I did and went to one of the labs I use with IPN. I received the results a couple days later and it was Negative! Of course IPN doesn't care about that and made me go see an evaluator in Tampa. I went to the evaluation and showed him my results and we both even checked to make sure the cut off levels were the same which it was and he said the positive results showed metabolites which mean I must have ingested it. I again told him it was impossible. So he did the three test they usually do (blood, urine, hair), but since my hair came back positive he wanted to do a nail test instead. So today I received a call from IPN stating that he recommends me to do a multi day evaluation or admit to using and do PHP! Like WOW!! I told them I'm not admitting to something I didn't do. I then asked her did something happen with the test if they were positive and she said no it came back negative. So I'm so confused and IPN also said it's still because of your positive hair test. So now I have to spend $3400 of a multi day evaluation up in Gainesville and be away from my family. I need help in determining if anyone has any recommendations for a good IPN lawyer because this is a bunch of BS!!  I will say the one thing I regret is not checking the tech that did my hair test and see whether or not she used sterile scissors or used one which makes a huge difference. PLEASE HELP!!

Thanks
