iPad and Online eBook Resources

Firstly, I hope this is the right forum; I didn't notice a "General" sub-forum not related to nursing so maybe AN doesn't have one.

Anyway, most who know me would be shocked I am having to seek tech help, especially in regard to Apple. But does anyone have problems like the attached picture shows? It's like certain sites or frames won't scroll and just tries to drag the entire page up but nothing shows as if it's the end of the content. This particular (mandatory) site does not have a mobile version. I've tried both Chrome and Safari and they both do this. Does anyone know of a work-around? Thanks!
