Investigation

Hi has anyone ever been investigated but missed your letter to be called in to the boards? Like my letter was sent to an old address the person whom lived there refused to give me my mail. Told me today I got a letter and it was the default decision letter come to find out that was sent Feb. 14th so I only had today to write a statement and send it to the board. Hoping to hear from someone else who had a failure to appear and what happens once you fight that.

    The BON is like Court. They like documentation and evidence. And for some reason they both discount much of what a defendant has to say unless it's out of the mouth of a lawyer.
