Interviewing at MSKCC

Hi all:

I'm a new grad who is currently preparing for my next interview on the nursing floor. I've already interviewed with HR. Does anyone have any insight on what to expect at MSKCC? What kinds of questions I should expect? How many rounds of interviews did it take? How soon did you get an offer? Etc.

The job market for us new grads is extremely rough right now. I'd like to prepare as best as possible for my interviewing opportunity at MSKCC. It's definitely a special place that meticulously hand picks their team.

Any advice is appreciated.
