Interview tomorrow......

I have an interview tomorrow for an RN Hospice Admission position. What should I ask? The position is for 2 10 hour days, Sunday and one week day.

I was told that there wouldn't be more than two admissions. What would be a reasonable hourly wage.....? Would I be able to get all the paperwork done and two admissions in a 10 hour day? I used to do this but it has been a few years and I am not sure how much the paperwork has increased. Any advice is much appreciated.

Our admissions nurses do 2 admits in an 8 hour day. Sometimes they may even do a referral visit, as well. The paperwork depends on how detailed your assessment is required to be. We use computer documentation and it is very detailed.

Good morning and good luck.

Interview went well but I am still on the fence about the position. I think the position was more like being on call so you really don't know what can happen in that 10 hour day. I am not sold on working every Sunday so we talked about a few other positions...

Thanks for the feedback
