any interview tips for home care aide?

I have an interview next week to be a home care aide. Have you ever worked in this position and give me some advice for the interview?? It is for a casual position.

    I am not a HHA, however I am an STNA in a LTCF as well as an NA in a hospital.

    Some things to think about are things such as why do you want the job and why should they hire you? Why did you choose that agency? Not stating that you will get those questions, but just to get ya thinkin :)
