Interview (NEW GRAD)

Hi everyone.

I will have my first interview in a view days for a new grad position. I'm not sure what kind of questions are appropriate for me to ask.

PLEASE help me, I'm very nervous and really need the job.

Thank you so much!:)

What type of job? Hospital, home health, rehab, clinic, doctor's office...?

A new grad program in a hospital.

Thanks

You could ask:

1. What are the nurse/patient ratios like?

2. How long is orientation?

3. What opportunities do you provide for nurses wanting to further their education?

Hope that helps! :) You will do great, just be confident, be yourself, and reheorifice your answers with a friend before hand (But don't memorize word for word).

Thank you for your input and words of encouragement.

Among the questions listed by posters above, I also asked these two questions:

1. What does your ideal candidate for this position look like?

2. What concerns do you have about me meeting that criteria?

Gives you a chance to recommend yourself for the position and clear up any misconceptions they have about you.
