Any recruiters or nurse managers want to share specifically what they look for during the interview process? Aside from good manners, dress, and punctuality, what could I say during the interview that would make you think "I want to hire this one!"
Or if anyone would share the story of how they job? I've applied to many hospitals, gone to interviews looking presentable and enthusiastic, sent out follow-up thank you letters, yet have not had any luck.
Don't get me wrong, there have been job offers, but only the REALLY understaffed hospitals want to hire me. And this time around, I don't want to work for just any hospital, I'm really trying to find a good hospital where the nurses are happy. But I just can't seem to convince them, and all these rejection letters are making me feel really incompetent. Any advice please!!:bowingpur
