I am a 4 year post graduate staff nurse in the UK and as part of my 5 year plan I decided I wanted to become a band 6.
I applied for a post in day surgery away from my comfort zone of intensive care and have been short listed for interview.
I do not have to present anything but the ward manager kindly e-meiled things that would be useful to know including budget management and how I would support her in the unit.
This is a completely different role from the my busy days in ITU so I'm a little nervous. I have some ideas and I have read some threads but any advice would be really welcome.
thankyou very much
Georgie
