Insomnia

I put myself on a strict study schedule. I have been awake since 2am, I should be getting up soon to study, but as luck would have I'm now getting sleepy. Should I sleep or load up on energy drinks so that a study day isn't wasted.....????

Try to sleep to be energetic and focus! do not study when your body is tired! I have work today then i leave early either take a nap before I hit library for 6-7 hours! My exam ins next week but taking next week 3 days off before my exam! Good luck

When's your NCLEX? Sleep, sleep, sleep!! If you're feeling tired, you won't absorb the knowledge as well. Energy drinks just make me feel jittery lol.

Its just crazy, up for more than 24hrs and still only sleep for a few hours. Have got to fix this problem. I do think I may test before the year is out, idk.

You need to sleep - it's important! That's how your body recharges and energizes itself, I understand the drive to pass this exam but it is NOT worth stressing yourself out over. Study hard but don't kill yourself, everyone needs to rest their mind once in awhile :)
