Individuals need not apply

My exp so far is that without the other cnas and nurses, the job at an ltc would be impossible. Even on graveyard and more so on days, you can't do the job without help. If you like to work by yourself and be alone this is not the field. What do you all think?

I would die by myself. Even with 3 aides on a hall you have more work than you could ever get done!! On midnights where i work there is only one aide on the hall. I personally feel like this is an accident waiting to happen. If there is a fall they have to page aides from the other halls. It wastes time and during a serious emergancy it would waste valuable time!

People who aren't team players should definately not apply! You have to rely on your coworkers sometimes.
