Hello, im new here, so please bear with me.
I am a passer of the nurse licensure exam last year and is currently in search of a job. I gained three months of training in a hundred bed capacity hospital as a nurse beginner. My experience there was good, but i think not good enough for me to be absorbed as a staff. I also had self issues to deal with back then such as doubts, fears, confidence and the likes.. So i decided not to proceed for another three months for the advanced level.
I know i may regret this decision someday but right now i should focus on my goal.. I want to be a nurse staff in a hospital so that someday i can look for greener pasture - abroad..
I am now applying for an entry level position in a good facility but it only contains a fifty bed capacity.. and i wonder if this will greatly affect my future career plan.. i would like to know if in search for nurse job abroad, is the bed capacity of the hospital i gained experienced with really that essential? Are there advantages and disadvantages? Or will i look for a hospital with higher bed capacity?

I would say there's a tough job market for new grads, so take the job. Gain experience and move to your goal hospital. Jobs don't come by easily, so the wait might be long--very long. Well, that's my opinion.
okay.. honestly i'm a having a hard time now but i know things will be better in the long run.. thanks!
