Incompatabilities

I am looking for some help regarding a debate that we have to do in OB class (this is a group presentation). Anyways, we have to explain the use/advantages/disadvantages and blah, blah of medications used during the labor process. Anyways, we cannot find the incompatabilities of pain relief measures such as: epidurals, spinals. combined (walking), barbituates, H1 receptor agonists, opiods, opiod antagonist, local, puedendal, regional-paracervical, and saddle block. Can anyone guide us to websites that can help us answer these? Please? We have looked in our books, the nursing lab, and online and we have nothing.
