In desperate need of help

Well I have taking the PN nclex twice already and didn't do good at all. I have the Saunders book. I don't know how I should study should I read the book or just do questions? Can some one please help me out this problem I'm having?

Thanks Keyshi

I took NCLEX-RN last week and passed with minimum questions on the 1st try. I took Kaplan online class. Since I KNEW I needed lots of content review, I used saunder's book and kaplan content lecture book and videos to brush up my content knowledge and then did questions. But I didn't spend much time on saunder's questions because they seemed to be easy. I used kaplan Qbank and Qtrainers which helped me alot to practice passing level questions. I think passing the NCLEX needs both content knowledge and some test taking skills so just reading the book or just doing the questions wouldn't be really helpful...at least for me. I had to do both! Hope this helps! GOOD LUCK!
