Il restoration

I am planning to restore my Illinois RN license that has been expired for 4 years to look into taking an assignment there. I have looked online at the app on the board website and am aware that I need to call the board to find the exact cost for my restoration. However, I wanted to know if anyone has had to restore their Illinois RN license in the past and if so, how long had your license had been expired and how much were the costs?
