I was looking at my book list for Med-Surg in January... it has an iclicker on it... Any info on what this is would be appreciated.
Thanks

It's a classroom response system: http://infohost.nmt.edu/tcc/help/pubs/webct/iclicker/iclicker.pdf

Hey,
It's pretty cool. I'd never used one before... and quite honestly was ****** when I found out that I had to buy one MORE thing for nursing school... but I like it now. Our instructors will have questions in the middle of their powerpoints during lecture. We just click on the letter that we think is the answer (a, b, c, etc.), and then a screen pops up and has a bar graph as to what people answered. Then the instructor goes over the answer. It's a nice way to test yourself (without being graded), and it breaks up the monotany (sp?) of slide after slide of information. Just my two cents!

I used an iClicker for a course last semester. Saves paper and it's very simple to use!
