I need some 12 hour schedules

We've been on 12's for a couple years now and our schedule seems to be becoming more and more pathetic. We have 11 staff members and wish to work with 5's or 4's on weekdays and 4's on weekends. Two of the 11 staff members are "lead nurses" and their schedules need to not overlap one another, if possible. They do, however count in with regular staffing. Most prefer to keep their 3 days together. This is a night shift schedule. Can someone pleaaaaaaaaaaze help us with this??? Is there software to figure this for us, or does someone have schedules similar to this??? Any input will be muchly appreciated!
