I Need Help!!!

I just got a job interview at Cornell NYP Hospital (woo hoo!) so I need some information and/or advice from someone who knows better than I do. I'm a 24 y/o guy and I will be graduating Dec. 21st with an ASN (woo hoo!) and am looking to start in January on a Temp. Lic.. I have heard great things about NYP and want to work there but I have some questions:

What am I going to need to do at the interview? I know there is a Rx Exam... am I going to have to take that at my interview?

What do they offer in the way of sign-on bonus or relocation packages etc? (I live in CT now)

I will probably be working nights... what can I expect for hourly pay... what should I ask for if they press me for a number?

These questions may be premature but I would rather go in with more knowledge than I need than be surprised. So, if anyone who works there could you tell me their experience or if their's anyone who's applied there and decided to go somewhere else I would like your input too. Any help is greatly appriciated!

Thank you!!!

Bill
