I am so desperate in need of an answer

I have an assignment I have to hand in soon and I am so confused on what to do. Please can anyone help me????? The question is a case study and I am told "using the nursing process identify 2 patient problems or needs which may be actual or potential

I have identified the problem as auditory hallucination and delusion but I dont still get how i am to link it with the nursing process and the model I used is biopsychosocial model

    How did you come up with your problems? How are you going to address the problems? Presumably, you used the Nursing Process to identify the problems: you did the first couple of steps of the Nursing Process: you assessed the patient ... and based on the data, made a diagnosis.

    Now what? You did an assessment ... made a couple of diagnoses ... now you have to plan interventions to address the problems you diagnosed. You will implement those interventions and look for your desired outcomes to evaluate whether or not your interventions have been effective.

    What are the steps of the Nursing Process? Are you using those steps in this case study?
