Hey, I am currently studying for the NLN exam and I plan on taking the test next month.
I am afraid that when I take the test, I won't get a good composite score because I'm not very confident in the verbal section. (I really suck at vocab, so I think that I will do well.) I am also afraid of the reading comprehension part of the verbal section because there is so little time when there is a lot to read. The only thing is that I am confident in the math section and feel okay about the science section.
What are some tips from those who are currently in the program or those who already took the test? How do you do well in the verbal section? What do you suggest as some studying sources to do well in the science section?
I have the red book, but I don't think that it is enough. The science content in the book was okay, but it doesn't cover everything. What were some science concepts that you saw in the test that was not covered in the book?
