NurseHPSP

Are there any nurses here familiar with the HPSP monitoring program in MN? I am a nurse that failed a drug test at work (tested positive for THC) and have been on monitoring since as I was encouraged to turn myself in. I ended up quitting my job because I was basically told I would be fired. I have a new job that I love, luckily I have not had any stipulations on my license, and thus far all my tests have been clean. I am on a 3 year program. I average 3 UA's a month. As time goes on, do I get fewer tests? Do they ever do hair or blood in MN? Are you done after 3 years or do you have an exiting program like some other states? I feel so out of the loop. My case manager is tight lipped and often no help. What happens if you have a positive (I've heard a lot about false positives for etg but thankfully have not had any thus far)? Has anybody been through the MN program that can help answer questions?

I'm not from your state but welcome. All of these states have individual requirements but we are all on the same cruise ship on poop ocean just in different rooms. Good Luck!!!
