We've been doing ATI, but I just recently pulled out my NCLEX book to start studying. I'm really nevous because I've been getting A's and B's all along, but these NCLEX practice tests are really kicking my butt So far the highest score I've been able to get is a 69%.
So how do I study for these? I've got the Saunder's book w/ CD and I've just been taking the practice tests and then really reading through the answers and rationales afterward. Do you get out your books and look stuff up or what? On the ATI's they've been giving me areas to work on, but I just feel like there is so much information we've covered and how do I go back and study?
FTR, I don't really have any time off between LPN school and RN so I have to pass the first time, with no big gaps of down time to study for hours and hour. What would you suggest? Are you doing well on these NCLEX tests?
