I am an LPN and working toward getting my ADN. I really want to work either in Labor and Delivery or Pediatric Oncology. How do you become specialized in a nursing field. Any info would be great!

I can't believe no one has answered this one! I work in L&D and we have to take a certifictaion 4 month long course that you can do while you're working on another floor. You'll need to find out which universities offer certification and contact them. Of course this varies seeing as some hospitals will even train you on the job nowadays.
