How to Remain Calm

I am a nervous wreck preparing for nclex. What are any of your techniques to cut down on being anxious. I am having trouble sleeping- I can't even fall alseep. I have nitemares about questions! I wake up wondering what the heck am I doing dreaming about this, and what the answer to the question is. I even have chest pains now, and start shaking. I have horrible test anxiety, and go blank. Any advice? Has any one else experienced this worrisome like I am?

ive been having trouble sleeping too, for the past week. a nightmare ive been having continously is one where im at the nclex testing center and they picked me to do my test on paper. its fill in the bubble and when i try to fill in the answer, the bubble gets bigger and bigger and my pencil gets smaller and smaller. its all anxiety, so what i have decided to do is to be as prepared as i can, study alot and study smart. so if the worst happens, i did the best i could. also try to do something fun everyday as a reward to yourself. this will relieve the pent-up tension. remember, we are supposed to be nervous, (makes us more alert so we can retain more!) there would be something wrong with us if we didnt feel this way. we are basically walking in to the unknown! you arent alone in this!!
