How much should I ask for?

I am currently a nurse manager in Home Health. I have Rehab and Medsurg experience. I worked in Rehab for 3 years and I have 2 years of MedSurg as a RN. I also have CNA experience in MedSurg. I have total 8 years of RN experience now. I am interviewing for an Inpatient Rehab position at a local hospital. There base pay is $30.00 per hour. Based on having the experience I have, how much would be reasonable for me to ask for my expected pay rate per hour?  I did not want to over or under ask.
