How do I get a raise

Hello I am curious if someone can give me some advice. Ive been a LVN for 8 yr at my current job for 2 yrs. My employers keep hiring on other nurses with no experience have me train them and work with them. I have to constantly help them they are brand new grands with no pc experience and I work in a fast pace medical facility. I dont mind but the new employees get paid a lot more than me and so do some of the other less experienced nurses. The facility isnt very culturally diverse but I get along with everyone. Is there anything I can do. I have asked for a raise got no where. Can a employer do this pick and choose who they want to pay more not based on experience or performance.

You can accept a better offer elsewhere ...but your current employer doesn't have to give you a raise. If you've asked and they've declined, go where you're more appreciated.
