How to go about finding a job?

Hi I am a nursing student first year in an accelerated nursing program. I am little concerned about when I get out of the program and finding a job. I am looking for some advice from those with experience out there about how to go about looking for a job. I am thinking nurse recruiters companies, just googling job opening, or directly looking at a hospital website. Any advice would be greatly appreciated so I can get to working right after obtaining my license.

Thanks in advance!

The best source would be the hospital's website, if you are specifically interested in working for that hospital. Otherwise, any of the job search engines will work (Indeed, Monster, Careerbuilder). You can also upload your resume to those sites and have recruiters contact you for openings in the future (after you have gotten a few years experience and want to move somewhere else).
