How to get CA to release information

I am currently an RN in the state of CA and need to get a license by endorsement to MO. Ca is one of the only states to not use nursys website, I must submit a request for them to release my information.. CA has an automatic message that says that MO must provide this form and when I call MO they actually answer and say that it is a form that is provided by CA. At this point I have no idea what to do because CA doesn't answer phone calls and I am stuck.

I'm sure you've seen this on CA's website, but: "If the application packet includes a form to request verification of licensure, complete your personal information, including your California RN license number. Otherwise, please write a letter detailing your request. Include your name, California RN license number, and a contact phone number." (Verification of Licensure)

Sounds like you need to write them a letter asking them to write a letter to MO and verify your licensure.
