How to change specialty

Hi,

I've always worked long term care but want to do something different.  Everyone wants experience.  What is the best way to switch?  Everyone says you can do so many different things!  Doesn't seem like that's true.

    What do you want to go into? I switched from psych to hospice. You can change specialties. It helps to have a BSN.

    I want to try Dr office.  I'm coming from long term care.  There a few things I'd try like OR but everyone wants experience.
