Higher Lever Questions

I think I know the answer to this question, BUT, I wanna ask it anyway.... What types of questions are considered higher level questions on the nclex. Do the "select all that apply" questions mean that you are "up there"... in terms of being way above that line?

If you read the book that is sent you from NCSBN , it states in the book that all questions are application and analysis questions, i also have heard that the select that all apply are higher level thinking questions. i had two classmates who took the Nclex and neither one of them got select all that apply and math question nor a hot spot question at all , they got no new formatted questions and they passed the first time with 75 questions, i know i was taught to go slow for the first 20 questions that sets the bar high for you
