HFCC 221 Final

Hey there. I'm rounding the end of the half semester and the test #3 - final combo week are coming up. I'm not too worried about test #3, but I've heard the final is a beast. Any hints? What makes it so tough? Why would they give a final that everyone has trouble passing? All replies will be appreciated. I HAVE COOKIES TO GIVE AWAY!

Thanks,

hfmf

:twocents: i don't know why they make the finals so hard, but it's all about application and analyzation. this class choked my goat:uhoh3:. i failed, and have to repeat it :crying2: the finals was a beast for me and from my understanding there was about 40 ? of us that failed that class . every day i regret not giving it 100%. and i couldn't find a good study group either:confused:. so the next time when i repeat this class i'm hoping everything will be better than before

It is a beast! So much so that it really can't be explained - it was the hardest test in the program in my opinion. The questions were paragraphs and very complex. There were plenty of people who were still taking the test after time ran out. Focus on cardiac problems and meds. Also make sure you know all the insulins, peak on onset time frames. I believe kidney problems are also on that test - know them too. Just make sure you study, study, study and you'll be fine. Good luck!
