Hey Expert Nurses!!

Hi. I'm a new Licensed Nurse as LVN. As a Nurse, I need advice on what to prepare before I go to work. What are the things I should know or ask on my orientation phase? I will start working on the floor this thursday, I need some advices from you experts so that I will be prepared for any crisis. I want to be prepared for anything so that I won't be jumping around like crazy and don't know what to do...Lol
