hepatitis C

hello nurses i need to understand something about hepatitis C infection, its beeen over a year i had a needle prick used by an infected hepatitis c patient and ever since then i have been anti body negative but yet there has been a lot of changes and signs on my body even my girlfriend, i have gone way lighter than the usual me the same with my girl friend, also i developed an eye problem on my right eye alone....worse i have been have periodic right upper ribcag pains the same with my girlfriend which made me took her for RNA qualitative test and it came out not detected still, the fact is the our health life is going down everyday i can see my veins appear green look at my back wrist and that is unusual am a black , i have done liver function test severally and the results has been normal and its been over a year now, worse this time i noticed a little lump on my right upper back and also noticed its growing slowly , what should i do? i feel sick all the time have done all the possible test nothing came up.....

please some advice from experienced person please
