Happy New Year, Do any one know about Hemodialysis patient care? What kind employment opportunity is there? Is this a demanding field? WCCCD has a program I am interested in. Are there anyone who knows more about it or is a hemodialysis? thank you
Any reply??

I'm an advanced practice nurse who works for a nephrology practice. I don't DO hemodialysis but do see pts in the dialysis units.
Will move to the dialysis/renal forum so that you get more answers.
Thank you ma,am! can find out what the average pay also???
Varies tremendously by state and facility. Where are you looking?

The school say average is 30 to 35 a year. but my research on job listing from news papers & online job listing are 24 to 27 a year. And they say its demanding field but my research had one, two listing.

Here's some info. Don't settle. In that area there should be plenty of competition for you. You are an RN. They need RN's. LOL
