help with theory

Hi, guys... I need some help. I'm working on a paper for a class, and I have to identify the theoretical framework for this article. I've read over and read over the instructions, but I still can't identify it!! Anyone have any pointers??? Can somebody maybe post an example to something they've done in the past to help me?? Maybe an article citation and the theoretical framework for that article???

Did you pick the article or did the instructor? I ask because not all articles have a clearly identified theory base. You could be looking at an article in which the author never identified a single predominant theory.
