Help!

Looking for a little guidance. I currently just hit my one year mark of a two year probation. Long story short. Failed screen, Iop, back to work, probation for BON. As with I’m sure everyone else, since starting, I have tried so hard to stay on the right track and fly under the radar. Work has been good, my boss likes me...and then.. I was sick in May and my lab results we not released to my chart. As a female this was a very uncomfortable sick and could not get through to my physician. I looked at my chart 2x at work to see my UA. My charting was audited and basically I got a “hey don’t do that” it’s not a hippa violation, rather a hospital policy violation. So now comes time to give my quarterly report. My manager felt obligated to write it in the report but tried to sugar coat it with positives about me as an employee....within 4 hours I got an email from my monitor saying I have a interview scheduled at the end of the month..

what does this mean?!? Has anyone had a similar experience?!? What should I expect?! I am terrified
