If your record was expunged you don't need to disclose it.

You didn't have to tell your LPN school about whatever it is holding you up now? I really don't think that is right to pay money to a school only to find out you can't have the license if I understand this correctly. Did you ever ask or talk with a school advisor about this before you proceeded with the program? There are other posts about haunting mistakes. Hope it works out for you.

I am 99% positive that they CANNOT hold your juvenile record against you. It is sealed after you are 18 and no one an open it unless they have reasonable need to open it. BON does not unless you have something on your adult record.
Hope this all gets worked out, you deserve to be an LPN!
Thank you all so much.... guess what I just found out..... they dont do backgraound checks on LPNs!!!!! Only RNS.... How ever I am in an RN program..... I plan to get my RN.... I hope it works out... I really appreciate how positive everyone is... thank you so much
