HELP!

I am currently in a LPN Program with three months to go until I graduate. I was pulled in to financial aid to be told that they messed up on my tuition and I still owe 8,803.00. Which I have to come up with by April 5th or I can not continue on in the program. I already have two loans out and have been trying to get an additional loan but keep getting denied. Is there anyone who knows of websites or places that help with funding education this late in the game or what I should do?

Seems to me you could appeal the deadline... Their mistake has caused a hardship... seems to me that you might be able to get the school administration (maybe appeal to the Dean?) to grant you special payment privilege? Perhaps propose delayed graduation until you finish paying it off but let you finish the courses?

Sorry you're going through this... I don't have a source suggestion... :(

I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. Do you already have federal student loans that dont go off of your credit? I think that for for independent students you can take up to 12K out per year. Private loans are a little harder to get, with out a cosigner. I think the schools financial aid office should have to give you some leeway since it is THEIR fault, not yours!
