Help! Quickest Nursing Programs in NJ?

This fall semester I failed my Med-Surg class two times and am officially out of the program. I was two semesters away from graduating and I am scared that if I apply to another nursing program I would have to restart from the beginning which would take at least 4 more years to get my BSN. I am trying to find a nursing program that could help me graduate faster, maybe in 2-3 years.  Someone told me about for-profit schools for nursing in which I could complete their program in less than maybe 20 months but I haven't found much information. Is there anyone who knows a program that I could graduate with my BSN the quickest? If anyone knows a program like that especially in NJ, please help a girl out.

For profit programs that graduate quickly tend to not have very good NCLEX pass rates. (That doesn't mean that all for profit programs are bad, but there are many predatory ones out there)

Other programs are, almost guaranteed, going to require you to restart at the beginning of their program. While a state BON sets the required curriculum, the school is free to distribute that curriculum as they desire. Therefore, first semester at school A may not be the same as first semester at school B.

You could look into ADN programs, but you'll also want to research the job market in your area and make sure that you wouldn't be shut out by the competitive job market looking for BSN only.

Just remember, anything worth doing is worth doing right. Some things shouldn't be rushed.

I would also advise doing some self-reflection to understand why you failed med/surg twice and make a plan to correct the issues.
