Please friends I got a pop up that says "our records indicate that you already exist in our system". I've never heard of this type of pop up before. Please does anyone know what this means? Thank you

    Sounds like you are looking at the wrong screen. That's the pop up I got when I tried to re-register for an account at Pearson Vue. You need to log into the site using your user name and password and from there you need to re-register for the test.
