Help me please

I really need some professional help, my sons father took me to court for custody and to make me look bad he called CPS. I recently found out that regardless that my case was open and closed with no suspicion or findings my name was added to a child abuse list. I am currently trying to get a lawyer to have my name removed and having a hard time finding one that knows what I am talking about. My problem is can I be a RN as long as my name is in this list? Please if anybody has any information I would greatly appreciate it. I am suppose to take my hesi in the spring but I don't want to go through that hard work just to find out it is a waste.

    You'll need to contact the BON for accurate information. I can only imagine how stressed you are. Hope you get everything straightened out soon.

    I could be wrong but if was your case was open and closed with no abuse findings your name should not be on a list. I'm sure CPS has their fair share of parents who cry wolf just to get custody. Hopefully your case is resolved soon.
