Help please?

On my first day working as a CCP on call at Wellstar, the manager of the unit offered me a full time position. But my problem is i already accepted another offer at Grady Hospital as a PCT full time and i will start on feb 25th. I am having doubt about Grady and i don't know what to do. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance...

If you are having doubts about Grady and prefer Wellstar that is the way you should go - trust your gut. Tell Grady asap that your situation has changed and regretfully you will not be able to continue in the hiring process.

Wellstar is not an easy place to get a job offer from what I understand from those who work there and are trying to work there so its great you were offered this so soon. Also, the position at Grady you don't take will allow someone else a chance.

Good luck -

Trust your gut! Wellstar is nice to work at from my observations although you may learn more and see more at Grady. It will probably be awkward but just give them a reason and they will probably understand.

I called the manager to let her know that i won't be able to work full time anymore and she said u're certainly won't because it's a full time position and she hung up. Thanks God!
