help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my dear friends

i'm a 36 y old male nurse.i finished my nursing degree (assosciate degree of nursing) in usa ,passed nclex-rn exam,hold a valid lisence and registeration in new york, have 1 1/2 years work experience as or and pacu as rn in usa.i want towork as rn in australia . i have some questions and need your help with them

1-what is procedure should i follow to get rn registeration in australia...please in details?

2-is it easy to find a job as rn in australia?

3-if i'm going to apply for 457 visa ,is the anmc certificate on of the rquirements for this type of visa or only for pr?

4- when can i apply for permenant residency if i have 457 visa?

5-how long it takes for visa processing?

1-what is procedure should i follow to get rn registeration in australia...please in details? whereabouts do you want to work in australia like victoria, queensland, sydney etc. you need to be registered first in any state and you need to browse on the internet or the agency will assist you in processing your registration.

2-is it easy to find a job as rn in australia? you can apply directly to the hospital by browsing the internet or agency. there's a lot of jobs will come-up, of course it will depends on your experience/speciality. some states will provide accomodation and assist you with relocation.

3-if i'm going to apply for 457 visa ,is the anmc certificate on of the rquirements for this type of visa or only for pr? if i can remember it right only pr needs anmc. the agency/hospital you want to work with will assist you for subclass 457 visa without anmc certificate.

4- when can i apply for permenant residency if i have 457 visa? you can apply both really but with pr (its worth a fortune to tell you honestly!) it will takes probably 18mos or so....it depends! if you are applying from your home country. well, subclass 457 visa takes only 4-6 weeks. if you want an easy/cheapest option subclass 457, i would recommend. and you can apply while you are working in austalia within a year or so...........

5-how long it takes for visa processing? same answer on number 4 question...............it depends on you which path would you rather take (easy or the hardest)
