Help please someone :/

I received a dwi back in 2008 received a pre-trial diversion and after it was all said and done my case was dismissed and my records sealed up (or so I thought) I did not disclose this when I renewed my LVN license and now 2014 received warning with stip on my LVN...the help I need is I'm 2 weeks from my RN and everything is fully disclosed on my RN will my warning with stip transfer to my RN?? Please help

Only the BON can answer the question of whether any stipulations on your LVN license will carry over to your RN license. You can call or drop them an e-mail and ask, though be aware that they may refuse to give you a definite answer until you've actually applied for RN licensure and submitted all necessary documentation.

If the BON wants you to come in front of them to address this matter, I strongly recommend that you have a lawyer involved. Remember that the BON is not the nurse's friend. You can find lawyers versed with dealing with BONs here: TAANA Executive Office - Home.
