HELP Please... regarding NCLEX Application in New York

I am a nurse from the Philippines. I applied last November 2008 for NCLEX in New York. But up to now (June 10, 2009), I haven't received a letter whether my application was approved, rejected, or incomplete. I don't even know if my papers were already being processed in the New York State Education Department. I don't know whether I should still wait or maybe I'm just waiting for nothing... Please can somebody help me... How would I know the status of my application for NCLEX in New York? Any reply would be gladly appreciated...
