I graduated in May 2007 and I have taken the NCLEX 4 times with no success. I have taken the Rayfield review course. I made straight A's and B's in nursing school. I am a terrible test taker in contrast to my good grades in school. I do not know what to do about this problem. Does anyone have any advice for me because I feel that I am out of options at this point but I refuse to come this far and give up, never!!!

Moving to the NCLEX forum where I am sure you will find much support and help with study. My suggest would be check out Suzanne's plan under the sticky called 2008 version of Suzanne's plan

I failed the nclex for the frist time in Jan. 08. I plan on retesting in March. What I have decided to do is refresh myself in each subject area. i would suggext purchasing a review book that focuses on priority, delegation, & infection contr because that seems to be the type ? the are asking now. Do not think of yourself as a failure. give your self time to adjust to what has happened. DO NOT GIVE UP!! Pray, pray , pray, and then pray some more! that's my plan and I know God will not fail me or you again:specs:
