In the interview, what pronounce can i use to refer the interviewer? I mean what should call them? Is it suitable if i call them mdm or sir? Or if there another suitable position that i could call them?

I would address the interviewer as Mr. or Mrs., without question.
Be ready to state your short and long term goals in an interview, where you see yourself in 5 yrs, etc. How do you handle 12 hour shifts? Just be yourself and be honest. You should do great.
